OUR FEES

We are proud to hold a Legal Aid Contract in Criminal Law issued by the Legal Aid Agency. This means that we can represent clients who are eligible for legal aid.

Everyone is entitled to free advice and representation whilst at the Police Station.
​
If you are charged with an offence and require representation in Court, you may qualify for legal aid depending on the type of offence you are charged with and/or whether you meet the Legal Aid Agency's criteria.

In the unfortunate event that you do not meet the requirements for legal aid then we can provide you with an estimate of our fees to instruct us on a private basis. This is usually a fixed fee.
