MAKING A WILL WON'T KILL YOU

Making a Will is a painless task and so it is astonishing how few people actually make a Will.

By making a Will, you will be ensuring that the loved ones that you want to benefit from your Estate will do so. You will also ensure that the person you want to be responsible for your Estate, your Executor(s), are clear.

If you have children who are under the age of 18 then you can specify who you want to look after them in the event that your spouse/partner dies before you.

If you do not make a Will then your Estate may end up with a relative who you do not wish to benefit. For example, if you are unmarried, but are in a relationship, then your Estate could go to your parents, rather than your partner, if you do not have a Will in place.

At Haygarth Jones, we make the process of preparing your Will straightforward and pain free. We aim to complete the process of signing your Will within two weeks of being instructed by you.
